This week, we're back to the usual 26 workouts. Nothing too unusual with the line-up either. Total minutes of all of this week's workout is 540, which if you wanted to complete, averages to about 77 minutes a day.
We have one new Time to Walk with Randall Park.
"Actor Randall Park plays a federal agent in blockbuster Ant-Man and the Wasp and hit television series WandaVision. He also co-wrote, produced, and starred in the romantic comedy Always Be My Maybe and starred in television's Fresh Off the Boat. Randall reflects on how failure can sometimes lead to greatness when you least expect it and the value of storytelling to help create positive change."
This week's Trainer Top Picks is by Jonelle. These feature Yoga workouts that focus on a slow flow. Making these great for beginners. Starting this week off, personally, I've done 4 of 7 of them.
Here's my notes on the 4 I did (numbered as seen)
1. Yoga with Dustin (30) @ 29 Mar 21
Dustin teaches a new move. Needle bird dog. I really like the needle pose as it stretches me in the right places.
2. Yoga with Jonelle (10) @ 26 Apr 21
A pretty standard workout.
3. Yoga with Molly (20) @ 22 Mar 21
Expect head relaxing in forward folds and dynamic ninjas and smiles.
4. Yoga with Jessica (45) @ 28 Dec 20
Jessica's workout was full of twists and a progression to camel pose but my back wasn't feeling that flexible yet!
Kym's intro video for the week emphasises the new Artist Spotlight workouts that have come out of this week and the new Time to Walk with Randall Park.
That's it for this week's update. Let me know if this is useful or interesting.
In the meantime, stay active, close your rings and see you next time.
