This week, Apple Fitness have released the standard of 26 workouts. For the first time ever, they have two 10 minute Mindful Cooldowns in one week instead of one 5 and one 10 minute combo.
Total minutes of all of this week's workout is 515, which if you wanted to complete, averages to about 74 minutes a day.

Starting this week off, personally, I've done 2 of 7 of them. I've been meaning to complete more of the rowing workouts so this is a much needed push. There's a 45-minute yoga workout which can be daunting but also one I've been meaning to do.
