This week, there are surprisingly 24 workouts which is 2 workouts less than the usual. Something notable is that there are two 20 minute dance workouts, where normally we would have one 20 minute and one 30 minute workout. The last time they did something different was during the International Dance Day week, where they had three 20 minute workouts (which were absolutely fun!).
We have one new Time to Walk with Dr. Sanjay Gupta.

This week's Trainer Top Picks is by Kyle. These feature Core workouts that include dumbbells. Surprisingly, I have done them all, so I will put up a post on the highlights soon.
Scott's intro video for the week again emphasises the new Artist Spotlight workouts that have come out of this week. I have yet to try them but I can imagine from the artists I have seen, they will be amazing.
Don't forget that there are workout episodes for guest trainer Jeanette Jenkins. I did one of her strength workouts last week. Very fast, but I don't know if it's just me but she does shout quite a bit!
