I thought it would be a good idea to summarise my reviews of Apple Fitness Trainers to make some kind of leaderboard. This way, I have tangible evidence (albeit subjective) of who is my favourite trainers, who chooses the best music, who tells the best stories and who gives the best motivation. I will start retrospectively from when I started actively reviewing each workout (as seen on the Instagram), which was at the beginning of March 2021. I will post the end results of each week. The visual of how this will look may change over time. Week 3 (wc 15 Mar 21) Here is the accumulated result for Week 2 (wc 8 Mar 21) Here is the result for Week 1 (wc 1 Mar 21)

In this post, I want to list my favourite workouts in Apple Fitness+ and why I would recommend them. Cycling with Tyrell (30) @ 9 Nov 20 If you don't succeed Ty and Ty again! Another brilliant workout, burn bar blazing, music pumping and Ty bringing the fun. Some great quotes in this one such as: "You're my backstreet boy." "Sticky, sticky, nice and juicy!" Cycling with Tyrell (20) @ 8 Mar 21 [Celebrating Women] Tyrell's 20 minute workout as part of Celebrating Women. Enjoyed being part of his Army of Love and saluting to the strong women in our lives. Thinking of mum, who is currently in hospital. She has always been such a strong-willed woman, always caring about me and my siblings. I remember when I was young, she carried two humongous bags of food she had got from work just to make sure we were well fed. Treadmill with Emily (20) @ 8 Mar 21 [Celebrating Women] Emily pushes us through hills and speeds and commands us to be strong, confident and brave. Dedicating our efforts to women in our lives. I'd recommend this workout. Cycling with Gregg (30) @ 23 Nov 21 Ep5 Gregg brings us to a relay race in cycling with a teammate... I brought Ben but I can't imagine him racing... ever! Getting headsprung in tag team pushes and end with Gregg's motive for exercise and that is the feeling you get after a workout. Which I agree is something that feel exhilarating.
