What's new this week on Apple Fitness+ ~ 26 Jul 21

This week, the standard of 26 workouts. Nothing too unusual with the line-up. Total minutes of all of this week's workout is 530, which if you wanted to complete, averages to about 76 minutes a day. Bit more than the average,

We have one new Time to Walk with Anthony Joshua

"As part of a series on world-class athletes, this episode features champion boxer and gold medalist Anthony Joshua. He is the first British heavyweight boxer to win Olympic gold and hold multiple world championship titles. He talks about why vulnerability can help you find the best version of yourself and how life has changed now that he's a dad."

This week's Trainer Top Picks is by Bakari. These feature a great week of no-equipment HIIT and Strength.

Starting this week off, personally, I've done 3 of 7 of them. 3 HIIT and 1 strength to complete. I try to have a rest day from HIIT so theoretically, this should be fine. I am off to Newcastle (for leisure) at the mid-week for holiday so I will probably bring my water-weights and iPad to make sure I fit in strength whilst I am away.

That's it for this week's update. Hope you enjoyed it. If there's anything you want me to cover, let me know!

In the meantime, stay active, close your rings and see you next time.
